Technical Support at YCCC

YCCC provides on-campus and remote support for students, staff and faculty. Our office is located on the second floor across from the library in room A216/A218. Please note that during our COVID-19 campus restrictions, our campus is closed to the public. But our IT staff are still available during all office hours to provide online support.

If you are having technical difficulties with any of the YCCC provided services, please check our FAQ section found here, or let us know by submitting a support ticket to the IT support desk.

Before you submit a support ticket, please take the time to check the below resources. Doing so may greatly speed up the resolution of your issue, and prevent you having to wait for one of our technicians to contact you.

Can't log in?

There are a number of things that can prevent you from being able to successful log into your YCCC account. We have a whole page dedicated to helping with this issue, which likely has an answer to your login troubles. You can find that at the tab at the top of this page labeled Login Help, or by clicking here.

Need help with Brightspace, other than login trouble?

Brightspace has its on 24/7 technical support helpdesk that is available to all students, staff, and faculty. The only thing they cannot assist with at this time is login trouble. You can visit their technical support page at https://community.brightspace.com/helpdesk.
