When submitting a support request to IT, please provide as much detail as possible. Include the following:
- Your full name
- Your student ID number. If you do not have this, please contact enrollment services at (207) 216-4403.
- If you are having a problem with a computer, please include the computer's tag number. This is on a white YCCC sticker on the side or top of the computer's case. It will be a 4-digit number. Please also include the room where the computer is located.
- If you are having an issue with the college website or portal (not including login issues), please include the URL to the page you are having the issue on.
