Charles Galemmo - After several years of working in the best kitchens in the City, he went into restaurant development participating in the opening of 5 restaurants in Philadelphia before taking the opportunity to develop the food and beverage department at a new golf course in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. Charles then graduated from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire with a Master’s of Business Administration and was also a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. He then worked for American Dairy Queen as a Senior Franchise Consultant before coming to YCCC as an Adjunct Faculty. Chef Galemmo became a full-time Culinary Arts instructor in 2010.
