If you've been able to log into YCCC services (email, Brightspace, portal) before, but can't now, it may be because you need to change your password for your YCCC accounts. IT has provided some instructions for changing your password.

If it's still not working, you'll need to put in a ticket with IT; make sure to give them as much detail as possible to help find a solution. You may also reach them at 207-216-4455.
