Purpose
The YCCC Faculty Senate is established to provide a formal independent voice and organization through which the faculty of York County Community College can participate fully in the determination and development of college policy, and to promote communication and mutual understanding among the faculty, students, administration, Maine Community College System, and the community. (from the Faculty Senate Bylaws).
Meeting Schedule and Membership
The Faculty Senate meets monthly during the Fall and Spring semesters on the first Thursday of every month. All permanant faculty members (full-time and part-time) are considered members of the Faculty Senate. If you are not a member of the Faculty Senate, and wish to present to the group (or if you have any Faculty Senate related questions), please contact the Convener.
