Hi everyone! My name is Austin and I'm looking forward to meeting all of you!
I've been working in higher education since 2019. I graduated with my master's in higher education at New England College, where I studied retention and attainment for community college students as well as transfer pathways to four-year institutions.
When not at work, I can be found cooking in my kitchen, writing science fiction novels, and paddleboarding in the many bodies of water around Seacoast NH and Southern Maine.

As a student journalist at the University of New Hampshire, I had the opportunity to interview dozens of fascinating people. One of the most interesting subjects was speaking with Giorgio Tsoukalos from Ancient Aliens when he gave a lecture at UNH in 2012. After his lecture, we had dinner in Portsmouth and saw the first The Avengers in a movie theater!
